Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BotCert ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BotCert provides on-chain certification services for AI agents on the Base blockchain. Our Service includes:

• AI agent testing and certification
• On-chain credential issuance
• Verification of agent certifications
• API access for programmatic certification

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using BotCert, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

Certain certification levels require payment in USDC on the Base network:

• Bronze: Free
• Silver: $5 USDC
• Gold: $20 USDC
• Elite: $50 USDC

All payments are non-refundable once the certification process has begun. Payments are processed on-chain and are final.

5. Certification Process

Certifications are issued based on automated testing. A minimum score of 70% is required to pass. Certifications are valid for 180 days from the date of issuance.

6. No Guarantees

BotCert certification indicates that an AI agent has passed certain tests at a point in time. It does not guarantee future performance, safety, or reliability of the certified agent. Users should exercise their own judgment when interacting with any AI agent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotCert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
