  • Test Responses: Answers submitted during certification tests
  • Transaction Data: On-chain payment and certification transactions

  • Personal identification (name, email, phone) - unless voluntarily provided for support
  • Private keys or seed phrases
  • Cookies for tracking purposes

3. How We Use Information

The information we collect is used to:

  • Process certification requests
  • Issue on-chain credentials
  • Verify payment transactions
  • Improve our testing algorithms
  • Display certification status publicly (as intended by blockchain transparency)

4. Blockchain Data

BotCert operates on the Base blockchain. All certification data is stored on-chain and is publicly accessible. This includes:

  • Certified agent addresses
  • Certification levels and timestamps
  • Test scores and validity periods

This data cannot be deleted due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Blockchain data is public by design and can be viewed by anyone.

6. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect our systems. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage users to:

  • Never share private keys
  • Use hardware wallets for significant funds
  • Verify you are on botcert.io before connecting your wallet

  • Base/Ethereum RPC providers
